MY KIND OF QUILT

 PAVO QUILT

This was my 25th Birthday Gift. Gorgeous Right! This is definitely my kind of quilt. Just what I needed to brighten up my apartment. I get so tired of fall/winter colors this time of year. I can only take about 3 months of it. They can be so dull and boring. I tire of them quickly.  When I see this quilt it reminds of spring and summer. It brightens up my apartment and my spirit when I see its vibrant inspiring colors. The quilt is from Anthropologie... one of my favorite stores. It was not on sale but it was my birthday and we are entitled to splurge on our birthdays am I right?  If I had all the money in the world I would buy the whole store!
If you are anything like me you get tired of looking at the same thing all the time. New bedding is a great way to change the look or feel of a room. I will keep things for a few months then switch things up with the seasons.  A trick... keep all of your other bedding like your sheets, pillow cases and shams neutral.  In the white or cream family so when you do buy a new comforter or quilt you don't have to buy new sheets... pillows... bed skirt... to match. You will spend a small fortune doing all of that and things end up looking very "matchy-matchy".
The back of the quilt. Which makes this quilt so much fun. When you get tired of one side just flip it over and it can give your room a whole new feel. Very bohemian, I love it! I am ready for summer!
